Prints that play
Point a phone at a print. Watch it come alive.
oh!shoot ties a short video to a printed photo, magnet, card or poster. Whoever scans its QR code sees the clip play on top of the paper, straight through their phone’s camera. Nothing to install.
The free trial includes 5 prints.
- No app for viewers
- Same QR, new video any time
- Print-ready files included
How it works
From video to print in three steps
A first print takes a few minutes. After that, each one is quicker.
Upload
Pick your video and the picture you plan to print. No design yet? Choose a frame from the video and we’ll use it as the picture.
Connect
Mark where the video should sit on the picture. We build it, then hand you print-ready files at 300 DPI plus a QR code that never changes.
Play
Anyone scans the QR with their normal camera, aims at the print, and the video starts playing right on the paper.
What it works on
Anything flat that you can print
From a fridge magnet to a wall poster: any size from 20 mm to 1,000 mm on a side.
Photo prints and strips
4×6, 5×7, 2×6 booth strips and everything in between.
Magnets
Small, sturdy and always in view on the fridge.
Cards and invitations
Thank-you cards, save-the-dates, business cards.
Posters and wall art
A5 and A4 up to large format.
Menus and table cards
A few seconds of motion beside the dish.
Stickers and labels
Packaging, favours, gift tags.
Who it’s for
Made for people who hand out prints
If you already put something in a customer’s hands, you can put a video behind it.
Photo booths and events
Add motion to every strip. Guests take home a photo that plays back their moment, and the clip travels with the print.
Weddings
Let table cards and thank-you prints play the vows, the first dance, or a message from the couple.
Print shops and magnet makers
Offer a premium upgrade at the counter. Same print, plus a video add-on that you price however you like.
Restaurants and cafes
Turn coasters and table cards into short clips: how a dish is made, today’s special, the story behind the place.
Gift shops
Put a video behind a postcard or keepsake, so a souvenir can show the place it came from.
Schools and classes
Yearbook pages, class photos and project boards that play the moment instead of just showing it.
Brands and studios
Packaging inserts, lookbooks and campaign cards: a few seconds of motion exactly where your customer is holding your brand.
Why add it
What businesses get out of it
A video turns an ordinary print into something people keep, show and talk about.
A reason to keep the print
A print with a video behind it gets pinned up, shown off and passed around.
A premium you can price
Sell it as an upgrade, or fold it into a package. You decide the price; we only count prints.
No app, no friction
Customers use the camera they already carry. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Change it without reprinting
Swap the video whenever you like. The QR on the paper stays valid.
See what gets scanned
Scans per day, unique viewers, devices and favourite prints, all in your dashboard.
Pay per print, not per view
Viewing is never metered. One credit covers one print, however many people scan it.
Your dashboard
Know which prints people actually scan
See scans over time, how many different people watched, which phones they used and which prints are the favourites. Export it all as a CSV whenever you need it.
- Scans and unique viewers per day
- Plays, and how often the camera wasn’t needed
- Top prints, devices, browsers and cities

Questions
Good to know
Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their regular camera app, which opens a web page in the phone’s browser. They allow camera access once, point at the print, and the video plays.
How does the video know which print it belongs to?
When you publish, we study your picture and keep a compact map of its distinctive details: edges, corners and textures. The phone compares what its camera sees with that map, and when they match, it pins the video onto the paper.
Which pictures work best?
Detailed, colourful pictures printed on matte paper. Large flat areas, repeating patterns and glossy stock that reflects light are harder to recognise. If a picture is likely to struggle, the studio tells you before you print.
What sizes can I print?
Anything from 20 mm to 1,000 mm per side. The studio has ready-made sizes such as 4×6, 5×7, 2×6 strips, A5, A4 and magnets, or you can enter your own.
How long can the video be?
Up to 30 seconds during the free trial and up to 3 minutes on a paid plan.
Can I change the video later?
Yes. Edit the print, choose a new video and publish. The QR code you already printed keeps working and edits don’t use a credit. If you change the printed picture itself, you will need to reprint it, and the studio warns you before you publish.
What happens when the trial ends?
Prints made during the trial pause after 14 days unless you upgrade. Upgrading switches them back on. Prints on a paid plan keep playing.
What is a credit?
One credit puts one new print live. Monthly and yearly plans refill your credits every period, a lifetime plan gives you a large stock at once, and extra credits are $1 each and never expire. Edits and re-publishing cost nothing.
What do you know about my viewers?
Very little, by design. The camera picture is processed on the phone and never leaves it. We count scans with a random ID kept in the browser plus the device type and browser. We never store IP addresses, and a city only appears when the network reports one.
